This Privacy Policy is provided by SmnWay INC ("we", "us", or "our") for the Zoom Camera mobile application (the "Service"). This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use the Zoom Camera Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at the Zoom Camera app unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

When you use our services, we automatically collect Non-Personal information about the device you use to access our services and your usage of our services.

For a better experience, while using the Zoom Camera Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Gsm Model, Sdk Version, Sdk Release, Ip, Country, CountryCode, Location, Gsm Serial Number. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is collected by us and stored on our servers and is deleted within 90 days when you are not using the app.

Our partners may collect hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, advertising IDs (such as Google's AAID, randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device' settings), device language, operating system, time zones, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device.

The Zoom Camera app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Google Signals and Advertising Features

We use Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Google Signals, which may collect data about your traffic via Google advertising cookies and identifiers in addition to standard analytics data. This can include cross-device insights (when you are signed in to your Google account) and aggregated demographics and interests, such as age group, gender, and general interests, to help us understand how our Service is used and improve it. No personally identifiable information, such as your name or email, is collected through these analytics.

We and third-party vendors (such as Google) may use first-party cookies or identifiers (e.g., the Google Analytics cookie) together with third-party cookies or identifiers (e.g., Google advertising cookies) to support these features.

We adhere to the Google Analytics Advertising Features Policy, including rules around sensitive categories. Data that Google associates with your signed-in Google account through these features can be accessed and deleted by you at any time via Google My Activity.

Camera and Media Access

The Zoom Camera app requires access to your device's camera and storage to capture, save, and process photos and videos. All photos and videos captured using the app are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share them. We do not access, transmit, or store your photos or videos on our servers without your explicit consent.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use the Zoom Camera Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

The Zoom Camera Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Zoom Camera Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Users' Rights

Every user has the right to request details about the personal data stored about them according to GDPR Art. 15.

Every user has the right to request the correction or completion (GDPR Art. 16) or deletion (GDPR Art. 17) or restriction of use (GDPR Art. 18) of the data sent to us at any time.

In many cases, due to our philosophy, the data is highly anonymized. If your data is, and we think it should be, anonymized so that we cannot associate with any user, we can most likely not delete it from our system. In these cases, however, no personal data is collected. Furthermore, if we cannot verify your identity (e.g., you use another email address to request the deletion of data associated with another email address), we can not delete the data from our systems either.

According to GDPR Art. 77, you may, at any time, file a complaint about our data processing at your local data protection officer.
